Nurse-Led Medical Foot Care in Burlington

DSUPREME® provides nurse-led mobile foot care services throughout Burlington, Ontario. Services are delivered in the home through professional nursing assessment, clinical judgment, and evidence-informed practice.

Guided by the Live Well at Home™  Philosophy, services focus on preventive care, risk identification, and ongoing monitoring to support comfort, mobility, independence, and overall foot health.

Nursing foot care may be appropriate for individuals living with diabetes, circulatory conditions, neuropathy, mobility limitations, or those requiring assistance with routine foot maintenance. In-home care promotes safety, comfort, and accessibility, particularly for seniors and individuals with chronic health conditions or complex health needs.
