SERVICES
In Ontario, publicly funded home and community care services are coordinated through Ontario Health atHome. These services support individuals of all ages who require care in their homes, schools, or the community. Eligibility for government-funded services is determined by Ontario Health atHome. Clients who do not qualify for public funding may choose to access private services.
DSUPREME® Home Health provides private clinical, supportive, and preventive services for individuals who do not meet eligibility criteria for government-funded care or who prefer private, flexible service options. Fees for private services may be covered by private health insurance plans or claimed as eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses for income tax purposes. In some cases, caregivers may also receive government funding that can be used to hire private care providers.
Consultation & Service Agreements
A consultation is required prior to accessing services. A Service Agreement is completed to clearly outline the scope of care, responsibilities, and fees associated with the services provided.
