ABOUT DRPC
Who is Donna Rumble?
DONNA RUMBLE PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION (DRPC)
More than twenty-two years ago, Donna Rumble began her nursing journey as an enthusiastic student ready to take on the world. Today, that enthusiasm remains at the heart of her work.
Donna is the founder of Donna Rumble Professional Corporation (DRPC), operating as DSUPREME®, the unifying brand behind Supreme Caregiver Support and Supreme Foot Care. Through DSUPREME®, Donna brings together clinical expertise, compassionate leadership, and community-focused care under one trusted name.
Donna’s career began in Home and Community Care in 2001 as a visiting nurse, supporting individuals living with life-limiting diagnoses as well as those recovering at home from acute and chronic illness. She provided care through respected community agencies, gaining invaluable experience in client-centred, in-home nursing.
In 2004, Donna transitioned into Long-Term Care and Retirement Communities, where she worked collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support residents and families across the continuum of care. She later served as a CHAP Worker (Community Helpers for Active Participation), providing respite and complex care support to families of children with developmental disabilities and significant medical needs.
In 2014, Donna was called to Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, followed by a deepening commitment to Hospice Palliative Care in 2018. She has since obtained certification as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse and a Hospice Palliative Care Resource Nurse.
Since completing her mental health certification, Donna has supported memory-care communities in a variety of clinical settings, caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, including those experiencing responsive behaviours. She has also provided nursing care to individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, and serious health challenges.
Through her private practice, Donna serves as a Patient Liaison and Advocate, supporting caregivers and families as they navigate complex health, care, and system-related challenges within their communities.
Donna is deeply committed to fostering therapeutic relationships, delivering client- and family-centred care, practicing evidence-based nursing, and pursuing lifelong learning. She is a current member of the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (RPNAO).
Mission
PROVIDING PRIVATE IN-HOME NURSING SERVICES
DSUPREME®, also known as Supreme Caregiver Support and Supreme Foot Care, is a nurse-led, independent professional nursing practice providing private in-home nursing services to individuals, families, and caregivers across Ontario.
Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in the comfort of our clients’ homes, while supporting caregivers through relief, guidance, and clinical coordination. We recognize that caregiving roles can become overwhelming without appropriate supports, and we strive to help families achieve a healthier balance through accessible, private nursing services.
We provide private in-home nursing care and clinical case management for:
Seniors
Individuals requiring end-of-life and palliative support
Children and adults with developmental disabilities
Clients with diabetes and low- to high-risk foot care needs
Some clients who do not qualify for publicly funded services through Ontario Health atHome (formerly Home and Community Care Support Services) choose to purchase private nursing services directly from us.
DSUPREME® is not contracted by Ontario Health atHome and does not provide publicly funded healthcare services. We are a private, independent nursing practice, federally incorporated and registered to operate in the Province of Ontario.
We do not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 or attend your nearest emergency department.
As part of our private practice, we own and operate Supreme Foot Care, a mobile medical foot care service delivering in-home foot care to help prevent and manage a wide range of foot conditions. Services include basic and advanced foot care, diabetic foot monitoring, foot assessments, toenail care, ingrown toenail management, and treatment of select foot conditions all provided in the comfort of the client’s home.
At DSUPREME®, our commitment is simple: to provide safe, ethical, client-centred private in-home nursing care that supports individuals and strengthens families.
Vision
LEADING NURSE-ENTREPRENEURIAL EXCELLENCE
DSUPREME® aims to lead nurse-entrepreneurial excellence by demonstrating a sustainable and ethical alternative practice model for nurses in independent practice.
We envision a healthcare landscape in which nurse entrepreneurs play a vital role in home and community care, particularly when individuals and families do not meet eligibility criteria for publicly funded services. Through private, nurse-led in-home nursing services, we strive to bridge gaps in care while maintaining the highest standards of professional accountability, clinical competence, and ethical practice.
DSUPREME® is committed to operating in full alignment with the professional, legal, and regulatory obligations governing nurses in independent practice, as outlined by the College of Nurses of Ontario. We believe that understanding legislation, maintaining accountability, and practicing within scope are essential to safe, ethical, and trusted nursing care.
By modelling responsible nurse-led entrepreneurship, DSUPREME® seeks to inspire innovation, integrity, and leadership within the nursing profession, while strengthening access to care for individuals, families, and communities.
