Please book only 1 appointment request at a time. Due to limited availability, multiple bookings for the same individual may be automatically cancelled.

A formal consultation is required before services can begin. This ensures appropriate assessment, care planning, and completion of a Service Agreement.

If you need to reschedule, please use the "Cancel Appointment" option in your confirmation email and submit a new booking request through the system.

A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment request has been received and processed.
